Each floor presented a different décor style, I found it excellent. The bistro was excellent, I enjoyed both the food and the service. Breakfast had a wide selection, and the location near the main train station was ideal. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Sound insulation could be improved, I did experience some noise from other guests.

the breakfast was acceptable, i would say. its location is close to the town center.

the air conditioning did not worked properly in the room. it turned off completely at night and it became very hot in the room. i found this unacceptable.

The minibar wasn't restocked daily, and i found that a bit inconvenient. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. the bathroom lacked a proper shelf near the sink. this made it hard to place my toiletries. the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It often fluctuated between hot and cold.

The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly.

I was very disappointed that there was no heating in my room when I arrived , though it was quite cold outside. I mentioned it the next morning and someone turned it on, but when I left the room, everything switched off, including the heat. The room was freezing when I returned.
